I’m excited to share that Sarah E. Kull, LCSW has joined the Mind Made Well Counseling team, and she is now accepting new clients for both in-person sessions in Barrington and virtual sessions anywhere in Illinois.

If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy, returning to therapy, or exploring support around a new season of life, Sarah may be a wonderful fit!

🌿 Meet Sarah

Sarah brings over 13 years of clinical experience and has devoted the past several years of her work to perinatal mental health, women’s wellness, and life transitions. Clients describe her as warm, grounding, practical, and deeply validating.

Her areas of focus include:

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, or mood changes during pregnancy or postpartum

  • Support after miscarriage, stillbirth, or fertility challenges

  • Stress, identity shifts, and emotional load of motherhood

  • Birth trauma and traumatic medical experiences

  • Navigating body image, perfectionism, or generational patterns

  • Parenting through compassion rather than pressure

She uses a blend of ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches to help women feel more centered, supported, and hopeful, without judgment and without pressure to “be perfect.”
