Bloom & Breathe: A Lavender Farm Retreat for Moms
Join Mind Made Well Counseling at Luna Bee Farm for a morning of relaxation and rejuvenation just for moms! Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in the calming beauty of lavender fields. This retreat is designed to help you unwind, connect with nature, and recharge your mind and body.
Your morning begins with a serene picnic in the lavender fields with a welcome cup of Luna Bee's signature lavender tea and light breakfast bites. Afterward, calm your mind with a soothing guided meditation, guided motherhood-focused journal activity, and a make-and-take lavender wreath craft.
Following our mini retreat, you'll be welcome to stay at Luna farm their 11am event, Yoga in the Lavender Fields (please register seperately for this event).
